PSL franchise Lahore Qalandars has decided to select the Kyle Mills, the captain of New Zealand, as the team advisor.
Later on this year, the former kiwi pacer will formally join the Qalandar clan when the Rising Stars squad by Lahore Qalandars will undertake Australia’s tour for a quadrangular tournament.
Lahore Qalandars CEO Rana Atif said that “He will be our game strategist,”
Rana Atif also confirmed that Kyle Mills will be with the Lahore Qalandars. He was present in Rising Stars squad during the Australia tour and will later join the squad Lahore Qalandars of for the third edition 2018 of the Pakistan Super League.
Kyle Mills is 38-years-old. He started his international career in 2001. He has represented New Zealand in 19 Tests, 170 ODIs, and 42 T20Is before hanging his boots in 2015.
It’s very thrill news that Kyle Mills will work with his former colleague Brendon McCullum for developing strategies and team planning for the third edition of the PSL.
Rana Atif hopes that Mills’ inclusion in the Qalandar family will help the team in reaching new heights in PSL This Season which is going to start in February 2018. Schedule for PSL 2018 is announced.
